How we look after your trips

What we keep
Your name, email address and profile photo; the trips you record, including places, stays, eats, experiences, ratings, notes and reviews; the photos you upload; the countries, states and cities you tick off; and your connections with other members.
Who can see it
Profiles are public by default, so anyone with your link can see your name, photo, travel numbers and trips without an account. You can switch your profile to private at any time in your profile settings, and then only the people you are connected with can see your trips. A trip marked “Just me” is always visible only to you. We never sell your information, and we never hand your trips or photos to advertisers.
Services we rely on
We use trusted providers to host the site, store your photos and sign you in with Google, Apple or Microsoft. They only handle what is needed to run Travsule. If you tap a booking link, you leave Travsule and that company’s own privacy terms apply.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any trip, photo or place at any time, and mark trips private. You can also delete your whole account yourself — open your profile settings and choose “Delete my account”. That permanently removes your trips, photos, videos, posts, lists, reviews, connections and sign-in details. You can also block another member, which hides you from each other, and report anything that shouldn’t be on Travsule; we look at reports within 24 hours.
Children
Travsule is for people aged 16 and over. Please do not create an account if you are younger than that.
